To register, you need to complete the following three (3) steps:

After you have registered, you will automatically go to the Member's Log-In page where you can enter and begin using the system immediately!

The following are the terms and conditions for use (the "Terms") of this site and all documents found at IMA Resource™ (the "Site"). Please read the Terms carefully before using the service.

1. Acceptance
By using the Site and any documents found in this Site, you are deemed to accept the validity of and be bound by the Terms as stated herein without modification.

2. Nature of the Service
IMA Resource™ is not a consulting firm and does not provide legal advice nor financial advice. Your use of the information provided at this site does not create a solicitor-client relationship. Any referral by IMA Resource™ or its employees to anyone for advice will not create a solicitor - client relationship with IMA Resource™.  The price of $89.99 USD is for a one year subscription beginning on the day the purchase of the subscription was executed and ending 364 days later.

3. Disclaimer as to Service
While we have taken reasonable care in the preparation of the documents and information contained on the Site, we cannot represent or guarantee that the information on the Site or any site linked to the Site is accurate, up to date, appropriate for your specific situation, or appropriate for your legal jurisdiction.

4. Use of Documents
A. Generally
Except as expressed herein, you may not electronically save (except for the final reports) any information.  No other information can be saved.  Nor can a subscriber sell, give away, modify, copy, make derivative copies from, transfer, license, reproduce, look at the software source code, publish, re-publish or lend the licensed document or any of the other documents or information contained in this Site nor will you allow or assist a third party to do so. No subscriber is allowed to share their User ID or Password for the purposes of allowing other individuals access to the site at no charge.  Two or more individuals attempting to utilize the same User ID and Password will not be allowed access to the site.  Access to the site will not be permitted using the same User ID and Password from more than three computers. 

You may view the Site using a web browser for educational evaluation purposes. 

B. Single Use Subscription
Purchase of a Single Use Subscription entitles you to:

make multiple electronic copies of your completed reports for your personal use, 
use the form for multiple transactions,
 
to make necessary mechanical copies of the completed reports for your personal records and as required for completion of the specific transaction for which the report is intended.
 
5. Ownership of Intellectual Property
IMA Resource™ DOES NOT transfer to you title to any tangible copy, or original, of the documents or any other content on the Site. All ownership and copyright in the documents and content in the Site belong solely to IMA Resource™ and its suppliers. 

6. Client Privacy
IMA Resource™ does not share customer information of any kind with anyone. We will not sell or rent your name or personal information to any third party. We DO NOT sell, rent or provide outside access to our mailing list.

IMA Resource™ may release such personal information if IMA Resource™ is required to by law, search warrant, subpoena or court order.

7. Use of Corporate Names
IMA Resource™ assumes no liability for the use of any corporate name submitted by a user. The user assumes all responsibility for any risk of confusion with or infringement of the rights of any holders of existing corporate names and trademarks. The user is responsible for ensuring the use of any corporate name submitted by them is done so in compliance with the appropriate laws and regulations.

8. Refund Policy


IMA Resource™ aims to provide high quality automated documents and information to the public at a cost that is lower or equal to most 'fill in the blank' online companies and other individuals or companies offering similar information or services.

Once a person has purchased a subscription, they are automatically given access to our site and the features of that document. While our software and site should enable almost everyone to be able to utilize the site, IMA Resource™ can not warrant that any specific customer will be able to utilize the site. However, IMA Resource's technical support is more than willing to assist you in changing your settings or browser so you are able to print or save or edit your documents. You agree to answer any questions and otherwise assist our technical support team in determining why your computer is unable to fully utilize the Site's features. Our technical support will respond to your requests as soon as possible during our regular business hours.

IMA Resource™ has minimal control over how a customer prints or saves a document as the printing and saving is controlled by your browser's preferences and your printer's fonts.

Given the above facts and the fact that there is an accounting overhead with each order and there would be a further accounting overhead to manually refund any sale, IMA Resource™ has had to make it a general policy to not refund any sales except in extraordinary circumstances.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
IMA Resource™ provides general information over the Internet including information and links to content from third parties. IMA Resource™ does not control or assume responsibility for any information, products or services offered by these third parties. IMA Resource™ expressly disclaims all representations, warranties or conditions, express or implied, regarding the legal or other consequences that may result from the use of our service or documents or those of any other linked site. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, claim, liability, or damage ("damages") related to your use of the site, whether from errors or omissions in the content of this site or any other linked sites. Further we are not responsible for any damages from this site being inaccessible to the user. Use of this site is your own risk.

IMA Resource™ does not represent or warrant that the Site, its server or any linked sites are free of viruses or other harmful materials. Lastly, IMA Resource™ relies solely on the information provided by you without independent verification.

10. Indemnification
The user agrees to indemnify and hold IMA Resource™, its directors, officers and employees, harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including legal fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of the user's use of or conduct on the Site.

11. Modification to Terms and Conditions of Service
IMA Resource™ reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of Service or policies regarding the use of the Site at any time and to notify you by revising or posting updates on the Site.

12. Enforcement
If a court or any other body having the power to rule on disputes decides that any part of the Terms or the Site's disclaimer is not reasonable or cannot be enforced for any reason, this decision will not affect the validity of the remainder of the Terms and Disclaimer which will continue to be in full force and effect.

13. Currency
As the price for your subscription may have to be converted into a different currency for our online credit card processing, there may be a slight difference in the amount actually charged to your card. The difference is usually only a few cents over or under the stipulated price.

14. Governing Law
The Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida in the United States. Any user of the Site consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Florida in the United States in all matters arising or relating to the use of the Site. The venue would be Miami, Florida.  Use of the Site is not authorized in any legal jurisdiction that would not give full effect to the Terms or where the use or provision of the services in the Site is against any law in that jurisdiction.
